Terms and Conditions
1.0 Monthly subscription
1.1 The Subscription naturally rolls forward every month with the payment being taken in advance of the month’s membership until the Subscriber requests the contract is cancelled by the method shown below.
2.0 Right to cancel within the first 14 days
2.1 You have fourteen days from the purchase of a subscription to cancel, without incurring any liability and without giving a reason. However if you have posted an item for sale of engaged in a conversation with members you are considered to be an active member and any refund will be at the Director’s discretion.
2.2 To cancel click on Members log in at the foot of the home page and then enter your username and password. This takes you to a page where you can cancel your subscription. Termination of the subscription will be confirmed to the Subscriber by email.
2.3 The Subscriber will not have access to the app from the date their cancellation is received.
2.4 The reimbursement shall be made within 14 days from the date you instructed Clobber Swap™ to cease membership and will be made by the same card used for the initial transaction.
3.0 Cancellations after the first 14 days
3.1 Cancellations need to be completed no later than 24 hours before the next payment date in order to stop the card payment taking place. No refunds are given for unused periods of payment. Termination of the Subscription will be confirmed to the Subscriber by email.
3.2 The Subscriber will not have access to the app from the date their cancellation is received. All transactions with the fellow Members need to be completed by this date. Failure to complete transactions will result in the member being blacklisted against re-joining.
4.1 To re-subscribe at any point you can use the same username and password to restart your subscription by re-entering your preferred card for payment.
5.0 Termination by Clobber Swap™
5.2 This closure will take effect without prejudice to any damages and interest which may be claimed by Clobber Swap™ from the Member as restitution for the losses incurred.
6.0 Requests and Claims
6.1 For any request or claim relevant to a subscription, the Member should contact Clobber Swap™ by email to email@example.com ensuring that they indicate their profile name and email address.
