My name is Camille Johnson, and I’m the founder of Clobber Swap, the community where fabulous women swap, buy and sell their wardrobes with confidence. I first started swapping and selling my own clothes back in 2019, just before Covid hit. I was tired of spending a small fortune on outfits for events, only to wear them once and let them gather dust. I had a feeling I wasn’t the only one… and wow, was I right. What began as a simple idea — swapping hardly‑worn or brand‑new pieces with other women — turned into an instant hit. Before long, we were swapping, buying, and selling gorgeous clobber all over the country. We built a buzzing sustainable fashion community on Facebook, filled with incredible women sharing their style, their stories, and their designer gems. But then Facebook’s algorithms started playing spoilsport, hiding posts and slowing down the fun. So I decided it was time to level up our visibility, our reach, and our impact… and that’s how Clobber Swap grew into the platform you see today. A place where fashion feels exciting, sustainable, and sisterhood‑powered.
